EXCHANGES/ RETURNS
Customers can exchange or return items purchased on our website within 15 days of receiving the order.
However, the product must be in perfect condition, as it was sent, and with its original packaging, accompanied by the respective invoice.
The product must be sent to the sender address. Shipping costs for exchange or returned items are the full responsibility of the client.
To exchange or return, please send an email to support@labbore.com and indicate the reason for the return. In case of an exchange, please indicate the reason and the new item.
In case of loss or damage following the shipment/return of the product by the customer, the Labbore brand assumes no responsibility.
In case of exchange, the new item will be sent at our expense.
